Physical Vietnamese dong (VND) banknotes owned and sold by BuyVND. Your order is for the total VND face value shown at checkout; the mix of banknote denominations may vary with inventory.
Is VND an investment?
No. BuyVND sells physical currency and does not provide investment advice or make any representation that VND will increase in value. Foreign-exchange rates can rise or fall.
Why is BuyVND's price different from an exchange rate I see online?
BuyVND's displayed price is a retail price for sourced, handled and delivered physical banknotes. Wholesale and published reference exchange rates do not include the same retail services and costs.
What is the maximum purchase?
BuyVND currently limits aggregate purchases to less than $1,000 per customer per day.
Will I need to upload an ID?
Most routine lower-dollar purchases do not require an ID check. BuyVND may request secure identity verification for certain orders based on transaction, fraud-prevention and compliance factors.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every eligible U.S. order includes free tracked shipping. Your full delivered price is displayed before payment.
Where do you ship?
Shipping is available only to eligible U.S. destinations. Address eligibility is checked before fulfillment.
How is currency shipped?
Eligible orders are sent using tracked delivery in discreet outer packaging. Carrier and service level may vary by destination and order.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not been released, subject to processing constraints. Physical foreign currency is price-sensitive and is not treated like ordinary retail merchandise after fulfillment. Loss, damage, discrepancies and legally required remedies are handled based on the circumstances of the order.
