BuyVND ships eligible U.S. orders using tracked delivery and discreet outer packaging. Orders are released only after required payment, fraud-prevention and compliance checks are complete.
Shipping policy
Shipping availability depends on the customer's jurisdiction and successful order review. We do not ship to destinations that we determine are ineligible or cannot be reliably serviced.
Tracked shipping is free on every eligible U.S. order. The order form and checkout show your full delivered price, with shipping listed as FREE. Available carrier and service-level options may vary by order and destination.
Customers should inspect the package promptly after delivery and contact BuyVND if an order arrives damaged, appears tampered with or does not match the confirmed order amount.
Shipment tracking and travel timing
When your order is marked shipped, BuyVND sends an email with the carrier, tracking number, and a tracking link. A tracking number may appear before the carrier records its first scan.
Allow time for order review, preparation, and carrier transit before your departure. Check with us before ordering for an imminent trip; we do not promise a delivery date simply because payment has been completed.

Packaging
Physical banknotes are counted before shipment and packaged inside BuyVND presentation materials, then placed in plain outer shipping packaging. The outer package does not advertise that it contains currency.
Banknote denominations may vary based on inventory availability. The total face value shown on the customer's confirmed order is the amount BuyVND is responsible for supplying.
