Payments: Card payments are processed securely through BuyVND's payment provider. Customers authorize payment during checkout, and orders are released for fulfillment only after required payment, fraud-prevention and compliance checks are complete.

Operator

BuyVND is a trade name of Sabriel LLC, a U.S. business selling company-owned physical Vietnamese dong (VND) banknotes directly to eligible customers.

Physical currency sales

BuyVND sells physical VND from company-owned inventory. We do not provide money transmission, remittance, stored-value, cryptocurrency or foreign-exchange trading services through this storefront.

Banknote denominations may vary according to inventory availability. An accepted order is for the total face value of VND shown in the order confirmation, not for a particular mix of banknote denominations unless BuyVND expressly agrees otherwise.

Pricing and order limits

Prices displayed by BuyVND are retail prices for physical banknotes and may differ from wholesale, interbank or published reference exchange rates. Tracked shipping is included at no additional charge on eligible U.S. orders. Any other applicable charges are disclosed before payment.

BuyVND currently limits aggregate purchases to less than $1,000 per customer per day. We may decline, cancel or hold orders when necessary to enforce purchase limits, prevent fraud, satisfy compliance requirements or address shipping restrictions.

Order review and identity verification

Orders may be subject to payment, identity, fraud-prevention, compliance and shipping-eligibility review before acceptance or fulfillment. Identity verification may be requested for certain orders based on transaction and compliance factors.

Shipping

Orders are available only for eligible U.S. destinations. Carrier and service level may vary. Customers should promptly inspect delivered packages and report damage, tampering or discrepancies.

Cancellations and refunds

An order may be cancelled before shipment if BuyVND has not yet released the physical currency for fulfillment, subject to payment-provider and processing constraints. Because foreign-currency prices can change, completed physical-currency sales are not ordinary retail merchandise returns. Any refund, replacement or cancellation after fulfillment is evaluated based on the circumstances of the order, including shipment loss, damage, an order discrepancy or applicable law.
