This notice describes how Sabriel LLC d/b/a BuyVND handles information associated with the BuyVND website, customer verification and physical-currency orders.

Information we collect

Depending on the transaction, BuyVND may collect your name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, billing or shipping address, order information, device or technical information and records relating to fraud-prevention or compliance review.

Identity verification

Certain orders may require secure identity verification. BuyVND may use a specialized verification provider to perform document, liveness or identity checks. BuyVND is designed to retain the verification status and information needed for compliance and audit purposes rather than placing raw identity-document images or selfies in the general order database.

Payment information

Payment-card information is handled through BuyVND's approved payment-processing provider. BuyVND does not store full payment-card numbers in its general customer or order database.

How information is used

We use information to create and fulfill orders, communicate with customers, verify identity where appropriate, prevent fraud, enforce transaction limits, maintain business records and satisfy applicable legal or compliance requirements.

Service providers

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the service, including identity-verification, payment, hosting, shipping, fraud-prevention and business-record providers. We do not disclose customer information to these providers for their unrelated marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We retain business and compliance records for periods appropriate to the purpose for which they were collected and applicable requirements. We use administrative and technical controls intended to limit access to customer information.
